I installed Alarmforce's Videorelay few weeks ago..and so far I am in love with it. Unlike similar products offered by other companies, Videorelay allows me to talk to whoever is at my front door. I can say hi to my little girl when she comes back to school, and I can talk to other strangers (mail man, fedex, etc). The other thing I love about Videorelay is that it saves all the video clips so in case of break in, I will have a good picture. I recommend anyone to go with Alarmforce's Videorelay if they want live monitoring system.

Have been an Alarmforce customer for a year now, and have to say that their customer service is so horrible that I will be buying out my contract rather than deal with them any longer. They will make mistakes, and rather than admit wrong or even apologize, make excuses and charge service fees. While they carry an efficient product, I highly recommend to avoid AlarmForce due to their run-around bad service. I would also like to add that in 5 days of messages I was unable to speak to a supervisor one time. Was always told "they're busy, on holidays, or "they will tell you the same thing I am""
