Moving to another continent, and so obviously I need to cancel my service, but customer service tries to get me to keep my account and use them in my new home. "Does Alarmforce offer services in Fiji?" I asked. That shut them up. I'm actually moving to the States, but they don't need to know that! All in all, I'd give my overall experience with Alarmforce a decent review.

got the alarmforce video relay system on the weekend, and its awesome!!!! We were at the cottage all weekend, and I loved being able to see when people came to my door. So cool!

i'm new to alarmforce but i'm satisfied so far. pretty good service when the serviceman showed up to install it, he was very friendly and took the time to show us how to get the most out of the system. i'd give them a positive review so far.

I was reading some other complaints about Alarmforce's service, and I have to say that I haven't had the same experiences. Maybe I just got a service rep on a good day! I had to upgrade my account and they made it easy.

I am very satisfied with my experience so far with AlarmForce. I read reviews online while I was shopping around, and when I compared the options and prices, AlarmForce was the way to go. Setup was a breeze, the reps were friendly, and the system is simple to use. Love the Video Relay too... I can see my front door on my phone right now!
